History

Your partner for copper-coated wire, drawing
and wire mesh.

VOCO stands for more than 50 years of experience in designing and manufacturing high-quality wire products. We specialise in manufacturing copper-coated wires, drawn wires and wire mesh. As a business unit of NOTZgroup we combine the expertise of a traditional Swiss company with the capacity of an innovative wire-making plant in France.

Today

VOCO within NOTZgroup

VOCO benefits from technological synergies, competence in materials and the optimised processes of NOTZgroup to meet the highest standards on a world scale.

2012

Technical modernisation

Many drawing machines are retrofitted to produce a wider range of round or flat rolled wires. The capacity of the copper coating line is increased and additional annealing furnaces are installed. The synergies between the Swiss sites and VOCO mean the most demanding specifications can be met.

2009

Production relocated

The machines from the VOCO Draht AG site at Reinach in Switzerland are moved to Dannemarie in France. The relocation allows capacity to be increased and production diversified.
